The petitioner or defendant in certiorari may traverse or except to
the answer of the respondent, which exceptions or traverse shall be
filed in writing, specifying the defects, within 15 days after the
filing of the answer; and, if the traverse or exceptions are
sustained, the answer shall be perfected as directed by the court. |
