( 50-16-37)
(a) The commission is authorized to adopt, after reasonable notice
and hearing thereon, such rules and regulations as it may deem
appropriate in exercising its powers and performing its duties under
this article. The rules and regulations so adopted by the
commission shall have the same dignity and standing as if their
provisions were specifically stated in this article. (b) Any person who violates any rule or regulation adopted by the
commission or who procures, aids, or abets therein shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor. |
