( 50-17-64)
State depositories shall furnish to the state official having
custody of the funds a monthly statement of demand accounts and
shall furnish to the responsible official or to the board such other
statements as may be requested relating to funds or transactions in
custody of or caused by the agencies, bureaus, boards, commissions,
or departments of this state. |
