Title 50, Chapter 9, Section 12 (50-9-12) All moneys received pursuant to the authority of this article and Article 2 of this chapter, whether as proceeds from the sale of revenue bonds, as grants or other contributions, or as revenues, rents, and earnings, shall be deemed trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in this article and Article 2 of this chapter.
