Pending the action brought by a foreign trustee pursuant to Code Section 53-12-350, properly authenticated certified copies of the letters of appointment as trustee shall be filed with the clerk of the court, if the case is pending in a court of record, to become a part of the record or filed with the papers of the action in a summary proceeding.
