Any person, partnership, association, or corporation and the several
members, officers, directors, agents, and employees thereof who
shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by imprisonment for not
more than one year or by a fine of not more than $500.00, or by both
such fine and imprisonment. |
