(a) Any person aggrieved by the application of any rule or
regulation to such person, which rule or regulation is promulgated
pursuant to this part, may appeal such application of such rule or
regulation. Any such appeal shall be made to an appeals committee
appointed by the commissioner which shall consist of not less than
three nor more than five members. (b) The commissioner may promulgate rules and regulations pertaining
to the hearing of appeals consistent with the provisions of this
Code section. (c) A final decision of an appeals committee of the commissioner may
be appealed in the same manner specified in Chapter 13 of Title 50,
the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act," to the same courts with
the same rights and limitations specified in such chapter. |
