Title 9, Chapter 9, Section 35
( 9-9-35)
The arbitrators may grant such interim relief as they consider
appropriate and, in so doing, may require a party to post bond or
give other security. The power conferred in this Code section upon
the arbitrators is without prejudice to the right of a party to
request interim relief directly from any court, tribunal, or other
governmental authority, inside or outside this state, and to do so
without prior authorization of the arbitrators. |
