Because $1 subscriptions are de minimis in nature they are not subject
to the terms of the Money Back Gaurantee.
In the case of 1 month subscribers, if our tools don't provide you
with the level of service required for your particular research,
you can make a good faith request on or before the 10th day of
your subscription for a refund of your entire subscription
payment or $15 dollars.
For 1 month subscribers, to claim your guarantee refund you must do
the following:
- You must send us a mail from the email address that is your user ID
containing the following information.
- You must supply your password.
- You must state the reason for your requested refund (i.e. explain why we didn't
live up to your expectations of service).
- You must supply your regular (postal) mailing address so that we can mail your refund.
It is the policy of Lawskills.com not to honor refund
requests that
do not fulfill all of these requirements. No exceptions.
