Legal Terminology

1. (20-2-641) Title 20, Chapter 2, Section 641

(1) "Local school system" means all county, city, independent, and other public school systems in existence in this state.

(5) "Local school system" means any county school system or any independent school system of a municipality.

(6) "Local school system" means the system of public schools established and maintained by a local board within its limits pursuant to Article VIII, Section V, Paragraph I of the Constitution.
