Definitions for "last known address" in Georgia State Code

1. (10-4-211) Title 10, Chapter 4, Section 211

(1) "Last known address" means that address provided by the occupant in the latest rental agreement or the address provided by the occupant in a subsequent written notice of a change of address.

2. (44-12-192) Title 44, Chapter 12, Section 192

(11) "Last known address" means a description of the location of the apparent owner sufficient for the purpose of the delivery of mail.
