(3) "Governing authority" means the governing body or official in
which the legislative powers of a local government are vested.
(8) "Governing authority" means the governing authority of a political subdivision or, except for the purposes of paragraph (2) of subsection (c) of Code Section 12544512-5-445, a committee of such governing authority.

(5) "Governing authority" means that official or group of
officials responsible for the governing of a taxing jurisdiction.
