(4) "Personal property" means movable property not affixed to land and includes, but is not limited to, goods, merchandise, and household items. It specifically excludes motor vehicles or other property evidenced by certificate of title.

As used in Code Sections 1632316-3-23 and 1632416-3-24, the term "habitation" means any dwelling, motor vehicle, or place of business, and "personal property" means personal property other than a motor vehicle.

(19) "Personal property" means all tangible personal property and all intangible personal property, as the terms are defined in this Code section.
