Definitions for "elective office" in Georgia State Code
1. (21-4-3) Title 21, Chapter 4, Section 3 (10) "Elective office" means an office filled by the exercise of the franchise of vote by electors as defined in paragraph (4) of this Code section in a general or special election as defined under the laws of this state.
