"family violence" means the occurrence of one or more of the following acts between past or present spouses, persons who are parents of the same child, parents and children, stepparents and stepchildren, foster parents and foster children, or other persons living or [...]

(3) "Family violence" means the occurrence of one of the following acts between family or household members who reside together:

(ii) "Family violence" means family violence as defined in Code Sections 1913119-13-1 and 19132019-13-20 and as limited by Code Section 1913119-13-1.
