(2) "Indigent person" means a person financially unable to employ
the legal services of an attorney as determined by a standard of
indigency established by a judge of the superior court as provided
in this chapter.
(5) "Indigent person" means a person who is unable, without undue
hardship, to employ the legal services of an attorney or to defray
the necessary expenses of legal representation, determined as
provided for in this article.
