1. (2-12-2) Title 2, Chapter 12, Section 2

(19) "Official sample" means a sample of fertilizer taken by the Commissioner using methods adopted by the Commissioner by regulation in accordance with subsection (b) of Code Section 21272-12-7.

(14) "Official sample" means any sample of agricultural liming material taken by the Commissioner or the Commissioner's agent and designated "official" by the Commissioner.

3. (2-13-1) Title 2, Chapter 13, Section 1

(12) "Official sample" means a sample of feed taken by the Commissioner or his agent in accordance with subsection (c), (e), or (f) of Code Section 213132-13-13.
