Definitions for "retail customer" in Georgia State Code
1. (46-4-152) Title 46, Chapter 4, Section 152 (15) "Retail customer" or "retail purchaser" means a person who purchases commodity sales service or distribution service and such purchase is not for the purpose of resale.
