Definitions for "endowment fund" in Georgia State Code
1. (44-15-2) Title 44, Chapter 15, Section 2 (1) "Endowment fund" means an institutional fund, or any part thereof, not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis under the terms of the applicable gift instrument.
