Definitions for "share exchange" in Georgia State Code
1. (14-2-140) Title 14, Chapter 2, Section 140 (24) "Share exchange" means a plan of exchange of all of the outstanding shares of one or more classes or series of shares in accordance with Code Section 142110214-2-1102.
