"Branch office" means any location of a bank other than the main office where banking services are offered to the public. It does not include a representative office as defined in Code Section 715907-1-590 or a bank extension as defined in Code Section 716037-1-603 [...]

"Branch office" means a location or site, identified in the application or endorsement thereto, from which a home health agency provides services within a portion of the total geographic area served by the parent agency and which is part of the home health agency [...]

(4) "Branch office" means any place of doing business which has two or more employees engaged in the control of insect pests, rodents, or wood-destroying organisms.
