"Public school" means any school under the control and management of a county, independent, or area board of education supported by public funds and any school under the control and management of the State Board of Education or department or agency thereof [...]

(21) "Public school" means any day school which is conducted within this state and which is under the authority and supervision of a duly elected county or independent board of education.

(19) "Public school" means any day school conducted within the state under the authority and supervision of a duly elected or appointed county or independent board of education.

(13.1) Records that reveal the home address, the home telephone number, or the social security number of or insurance or medical information about teachers and employees of a public school. For the purposes of this paragraph, the term "public school" means any school which is conducted within this state and which is under the authority and supervision of a duly elected county or independent board of education; or
