As used in this Code section, the term "psychotherapeutic relationship" means the relationship which arises between a patient and a licensed clinical social worker, a clinical nurse specialist in psychiatric/mental health, a licensed marriage and family therapist, or a licensed professional counselor using psychotherapeutic techniques as defined in Code Section 4310A343-10A-3 and the term "psychotherapy" means the employment of "psychotherapeutic techniques."
