Definitions for "exploitation" in Georgia State Code
1. (30-5-3) Title 30, Chapter 5, Section 3 (9) "Exploitation" means the illegal or improper use of a disabled adult or elder person or that person's resources for another's profit or advantage. 2. (31-8-81) Title 31, Chapter 8, Section 81 (2) "Exploitation" means an unjust or improper use of another person or his property for one's own profit or advantage.
