(a) As used in this Code section, the term "psychologist" means any person who is:

(6.1) "Psychologist" means any person authorized under the laws of this state to practice as a licensed psychologist as set forth in paragraph (3) of Code Section 4339143-39-1.

(14.1) "Psychologist" means a licensed psychologist who meets the criteria of training and experience as a health service provider psychologist as provided in Code Section 31716231-7-162.

(17.1) "Psychologist" means a licensed psychologist who meets the criteria of training and experience as a health service provider psychologist as provided in Code Section 31716231-7-162.
