Definitions for "local unit of administration" in Georgia State Code
1. (20-2-989.6) Title 20, Chapter 2, Section 989.6 (4) "Local unit of administration" means the local board of education or the local board of control of a RESA. 2. (47-4-2) Title 47, Chapter 4, Section 2 (13) "Local unit of administration" means any county or independent board of education or political subdivision employing public school employees.
