"Custodian" means a person, other than a parent or legal guardian, who stands in loco parentis to the child or a person to whom legal custody of the child has been given by order of a court, and who has the rights and duties provided in Code Section 15111315-11 [...]
(h) As used in this Code section, the term "custodian" means a
warden, sheriff, jailer, deputy sheriff, police officer, officer or
employee of the Department of Juvenile Justice, or any other law
enforcement officer having actual custody of an inmate.
