Definitions for "supplier" in Georgia State Code
1. (10-1-731) Title 10, Chapter 1, Section 731 (5) "Supplier" means every person, including any agent of such person or any authorized broker acting on behalf of that person, that enters into an agreement with a multiline dealer. 2. (11-2A-103) Title 11, Chapter 2A, Section 103 (x) "Supplier" means a person from whom a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased under a finance lease.
