Definitions for "handgun" in Georgia State Code
1. (16-11-171) Title 16, Chapter 11, Section 171 (4) "Handgun" means a pistol or revolver or other handgun defined in Code Section 161113116-11-131 which has a short stock and is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.
