(12) "Highway" means any road or way publicly maintained and open
for use by the public for vehicular traffic.
(13) "Hydrocarbons" means any compound containing carbon and
hydrogen.
(19) "Highway" means the entire width between the boundary lines
of every way publicly maintained when any part thereof is open to
the use of the public for purposes of vehicular travel.
