(9) "Victim" means any natural person or his personal
representative or any firm, partnership, association, public or
private corporation, or governmental entity suffering damages
caused by an offender's unlawful act.
(8) "Victim" means a person who is injured physically, who dies,
or who suffers financial hardship as a result of being injured
physically as a direct result of a crime.
