(14) "Plan" means the comprehensive plan or plans prepared by the center pursuant to Code Section 12544312-5-443.

(8) "Plan" means the Georgia Higher Education Savings Plan established under this article.

"Plan" means an integrated resource plan which contains the utility's electric demand and energy forecast for at least a 20 year period, contains the utility's program for meeting the requirements shown in its forecast in an economical and reliable manner [...]

(7) "Plan" means the Georgia Defined Contribution Plan created by this chapter.
