Title 29, Chapter 2, Section 22
( 29-2-22)
(a) A guardian is authorized to provide competent legal counsel for
the estate of his ward, according to the needs of the ward. (b) Either the guardian or the attorney employed, by petition to the
judge of the probate court duly served on the other, may obtain a
judgment fixing the attorney's fees and expenses. Such judgment
shall be appealable as in other cases. |
